1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the OnHasap mobile application (also displayed as “On Hasap”) and its licensing and subscription services. OnHasap is developed and operated by Begenç Muhammetberdiýew (“OnHasap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information handled by OnHasap
- Shop and transaction data stored locally. Products, barcodes, categories, prices, inventory quantities, suppliers, customers and their optional phone numbers, sales, purchases, debts, payments, receipt settings, and analytics are stored in the app database on your device in the Google Play version.
- Account and subscription data. When you activate or manage a subscription, we process your phone number, optional account name, password in hashed form, account status, subscription plan, payment/subscription history, and license status.
- Device and license data. We process a device identifier, device name/model, platform, operating-system version, app version, license dates, and last activity time to issue a device-bound license, maintain subscriptions, secure accounts, and prevent fraud.
- Technical request data. Our servers may process IP address, request time, requested endpoint, response status, and error information for security, rate limiting, service reliability, and troubleshooting.
3. Camera, Bluetooth, local network, and SMS
- Camera: used only when you choose to scan a barcode or QR code. Camera frames are processed for scanning and are not retained or uploaded by us.
- Bluetooth and nearby-device access: used to find and connect to supported receipt printers. On Android 11 and earlier, the operating system may require location permission for Bluetooth discovery. OnHasap does not collect, store, or transmit your physical location.
- Local network: supported versions may discover a user-selected OnHasap POS server or connect to a network printer. The app does not scan the local network for advertising or user profiling.
- SMS: when you choose a subscription payment or access request, OnHasap may open your device’s SMS composer with recipient and payment/request details prefilled. You review and send the message yourself. OnHasap does not read your messages and cannot send the message without your action.
4. How we use information
We use information only as needed to:
- provide point-of-sale, inventory, purchase, reporting, backup, and printing features;
- create and authenticate an account and manage subscription access;
- issue and verify a license tied to the user’s device;
- secure the service, prevent repeated trial abuse, and investigate errors;
- provide support and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Local storage, exports, and optional synchronization
In the standard Google Play build, operational shop records are designed to work offline and remain on the device by default.
If you use the backup or share function, you choose the receiving app or destination through the operating-system share interface. That destination’s privacy terms then apply. Depending on your Android backup settings, the operating system may also back up app data to your platform account.
Internal or supported connected versions can send selected shop data to a paired OnHasap POS server or OnHasap cloud service when the user or organization enables synchronization. Such data is used to provide the requested connected reporting and synchronization features.
7. Retention
Local shop information remains on the device until you delete it, clear the app’s data, replace it by importing a backup, or uninstall the app, subject to any operating-system backups you control. Server-side account data is kept while the account is active and as needed to provide subscriptions, security, and support.
When an account is deleted, we remove the account name, password hash, device identifier, device details, verification information, and active access. We retain the registered phone number and minimal subscription/demo history only as necessary to prevent repeated free-trial abuse, resolve payment disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. The retained record is blocked and is not used for marketing.
8. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
- In OnHasap, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
- If you cannot access the app, call or send an SMS to +993 65 222 548 and state that you want your OnHasap account deleted. Include the registered phone number so we can verify and locate the account.
Deleting the online account does not automatically erase the local shop database from a device you still possess. To erase local data, clear OnHasap’s storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. The limited anti-abuse record described in Section 7 is retained.
9. Security
Network requests to our public service use HTTPS. Authentication tokens and license material are stored using platform secure storage where supported, and account passwords are stored on the server as password hashes. We apply access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children
OnHasap is a business tool intended for shop owners and staff. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, our data practices, or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available at this URL.
